Is there a contract?

No! We don't believe in locking our customers into a contract. We want you to continue using our service, because you love it! We want everyone to love it, but we understand that our software my not be a fit for every industry or company style.

How does the trial work?

You will receive 14 days to use PinPoint Scheduling. During the trial, you will receive a limit of 50 SMS and 25 Calls (if included in your plan). If at the end of 14 days, you have not cancelled the subscription you will be charged, a prorated charge, for the remainder of the month and then billing will continue on the 1st of each month, thereafter, until cancelled.

How am I billed each month?

We will automatically charge the credit card you placed on file during sign up. You can change or update the credit card on file, at anytime, by clicking on Manage Subscription in the navigation menu and entering the requested info.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

If you would like to adjust your subscription, you can do so by clicking on Manage Subscription in the navigation menu or by going to https://pinpointscheduling.com/manage-subscription and entering the requested info or you can send an email to support@pinpointscheduling.com.

What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?

We would hate to see you go, but we understand that our software may not be for everyone. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you must do so by clicking on Manage Subscription in the navigation menu and entering the requested info or you can send an email to support@pinpointscheduling.com.
PLEASE NOTE, that we do not provide prorated refunds. Once a month is charged, you will receive access for the full month and the subscription will be cancelled on the last day of the month.
