Please understand that your PinPoint Scheduling portal is NOT automatically created. Once sign up is completed, our staff will begin creating your personalized portal. Your portal creation will be completed during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, EST. If it is outside of normal business hours, your portal will be created first thing the next business day. We understand most everyone is use to the whole automated setup, but we take a great amount of pride in setting up your personalized portal and making sure everything is functioning properly before we deliver it to you. We want you to have a great experience, right from the start! Once your personalized portal is ready, you will receive an email with your PinPoint Scheduling portal URL and login credentials.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a contract?

No! We don't believe in locking our customers into a contract. We want you to continue using our service, because you love it and it helps make your business more efficient and profitable!

How does the trial work?

You will receive 14 days to use PinPoint Scheduling. During the trial, you will receive a limit of 50 SMS and 25 Calls (if included in your plan). If at the end of 14 days, you have not cancelled the subscription you will be charged, a prorated charge, for the remainder of the month and then billing will continue on the 1st of each month, thereafter, until cancelled.

How am I billed each month?

We will automatically charge the credit card you placed on file during sign up. You can change or update the credit card on file, at anytime, by clicking on Manage Subscription in the navigation menu, on our website.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

If you would like to adjust your subscription, you can do so by clicking on Manage Subscription in the navigation menu, on our website. You can also click on Manage Subscription in the upper right-hand drop-down menu, from within your portal (coming soon!).

What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?

We would hate to see you go, but we understand that our application may not be a perfect fit for every business. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you must do so by clicking on Manage Subscription in the navigation menu, on our website or you can also click on Manage Subscription in the upper right-hand drop-down menu, from within your portal (coming soon!). PLEASE NOTE, per our terms of service, we do not provide prorated refunds. Once a month is charged, you will receive access for the full month and your subscription will be cancelled on the last day of the month.
