What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?
We would hate to see you go, but we understand that our application may not be a perfect fit for every business. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you must do so by clicking on Manage Subscription in the navigation menu, on our website or you can also click on Manage Subscription in the upper right-hand drop-down menu, from within your portal (coming soon!). PLEASE NOTE, per our terms of service, we do not provide prorated refunds. Once a month is charged, you will receive access for the full month and your subscription will be cancelled on the last day of the month.
How do I contact support?
There are a couple ways to reach support:
1. You can click on the blue chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of our website;
2. You can click on the blue chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner when logged into your PinPoint Scheduling portal;
3. You can send an email to support@pinpointscheduling.com.
